Checks Post Manufacture
Provic Ltd uses own team of professionals to check the shipment before it leaves the factory. As an added precaution, we also use dedicated third party control bodies who doubly check the quality of the product and ensure the product is made to our exact specifications using the components specified before actually leaving. Whether our manufacturing partner's factory or even own factory, we check it before it actually leaves Chinese soil!
Warranty Provision
Despite all checks being made products undoubtedly may fail. Provic have can offer clients international warranty coverage in the following countries to give peace of mind:
- Benelux, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland. UK, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Nordics, Ireland, Slovenia, Greece, Bulgaria & USA
Services offered can include warehousing, call centre, parts management, workshop, on site repair, technical assistance, refurbishment & European WEEE directive
UK Provic Stocked Products Warranty System
A full 1 year UK warranty except where expressly mentioned by Provic Ltd. Within the first 12 months of purchase please contact your supplier immediately if you have a fault who will arrange an exchange.
If the machine is faulty after 28 days then please contact the our service partner on 01539 724 741 who will arrange to either repair or replace the item depending on the problem encountered. It is advisable to retain all packaging material in the unlikely event that the machine has to be transported to for repair.
PLEASE NOTE. Transit damage due to inappropriate packaging of the units sent for will not be considered for replacement due to the transit damage.
